Cannings Purple partners with Royal Flying Doctor Service WA

We are excited to announce our partnership with the Royal Flying Doctor Service Western Australia (RFDSWA).

As part of the partnership, Cannings Purple will provide strategic communications support to RFDSWA, a critical service which ensures all Western Australians who live, work or travel throughout the state have access to healthcare and life-saving emergency aeromedical services.

Cannings Purple Director of Design and Digital, Jamie Wilkinson said that it was an honour to help tell the important stories which come out of the great work of RFDSWA.  

“What’s truly humbling about this relationship from my perspective is the opportunity to tell the stories of the people behind the RFDS in our State, and the people who need their service,” Jamie said.

RFDSWA’s Head of Community & Engagement, Rebecca Maddern said that the partnership with Cannings Purple would help RFDS highlight the many stories of bravery and staff going the extra mile.

“There are so many amazing stories of courage, of going the extra mile, of incredible family and personal stories that come with our service, and the great thing about working with Cannings Purple is that they help us share these stories with the people of Western Australia,” Rebecca said.    

As part of the partnership, Cannings Purple has already provided strategic advice and support, including on-the-ground coverage of the 2021 Gibb River Challenge, which raised more than $600,000 in support of the Royal Flying Doctor Service in WA.
