The Register of Lobbyists
As a lobbying consulting firm, all of our government relations team members are registered lobbyists.
In all jurisdictions in Australia, both state and federal, anyone who engages with government to influence their decision making on behalf of a third party for a fee must be registered as a lobbyist on the relevant public Register of Lobbyists.
For our government relations team to directly engage with government officials on behalf of a client, Cannings Purple must also register them as a client on the Register of Lobbyists in the appropriate jurisdiction. This information is also available to the public.
At Cannings Purple, we strive to uphold public scrutiny and government transparency – core pillars of the democratic system of government we enjoy.
Cannings Purple is a full-service PR and communications agency, and we’re great problem solvers. Browse our knowledge and skills about how we help your voice to be heard.
